So as you can probably tell I’m getting back to business with my running! I slacked off seriously the beginning of the year!
Yup I’m still alive! I’ve been Mia again I know… Just dealing with somethings. Training the office girls and celebrating S.o 31st birthday. This is what I’m looking like these days… I have some work to do. Ill update on my routine and run jogs soon.
Days 12 13 & 14 Done! Tomorrow marks half way done!! & probably more exciting picture day!

Day 8 Done! I will be using round 1 day 30 pic as my before (round 2 day 1) I’m excitied to see if there will be a big difference on day 45 (round 2 day 15) that is 1 week away.

My nails for the week
It’s been a while since I’ve posted one of these. Mainly because I’ve really been bare nailed (except for basecoat ) still trying to minimize my staining and learn to enjoy just the look of my nails. It’s been alot a year since I decided to fore go the overlay and I must say I’m still really happy about my decision! I never would have thought I could grow my nails to the long lengths that they have been with out enhancements.

![So as you can probably tell I’m getting back to business with my running! I slacked off seriously the beginning of the year![[MORE]] My longest run wasn’t until the 19th of this month! (so sad). Nonetheless my plan is to run at least 2 miles 2days/per wk and 4 miles (each day) on saturday and sunday. I’m still doing the squat challenge, as well as a push challenge and plank Challenge. I also added 25 situps, 25 oblique cruches(each side) and 1 minute mountain climber after each jog session. I think that is a pretty go start to met my goal of leaning out/ Toning up again for the summer. I’m still alittle fluffier than I would like to be for the summer months. I’ll do this routine for the next 2 weeks and then reassess.
