Day fifty-one: What’s the least calories you’ve consumed in one day? Why?
Probably very little like 0-500. On occasion I fast… Just to give my body a chance to reset and get rid of all toxins. I fast probably once or twice a month. I was taught at a very young age the importance of fasting for cleansing (not for weight loss).

I have no idea when I wasn’t count I’m sure it was like 2,500 (probably over sometimes). While I’ve been counting I think My highest 1800. I really try to stick to a 1200.
I don’t know why.. I just ate what I wanted when I wanted with no real regard.

Day forty-seven: Have you ever come close to giving up? What made you change your mind?
I really haven’t, I don’t think.. I have been very disappointed and sometimes sad but I know that giving up isn’t an option for me. What’s keeping me going was knowing everyday is brand new Start and No matter what happened yesterday, I can and will do better today.
