End of level 2 (30 day shred)
So today was my last day on level two. Here is my quick review: The cardio was sick I was sweating sweating sweating!! I struggled through the chair squats and v raises at the end but that was about it :)
- Weight on day 11: 101.4
- Weight on day 13: 101.2
- Weight on day 17: 102.1
- Weight on day 20: 100.8
Level 2 Total: -0.6
My eating this week has been kind of up and down, especially with candy on valentines day :( & Tmi: This was “shark week” so I’m sure that had effected my weight as well. I’m pretty happy with the work
