I’ve been missing for sometime.. Just getting settled here in Dallas!
So I went missing again
I know I’ve done a pretty poor job of updating! I’ve been trying to decided what I was going to do next. I decided to started Insanity again, My body really responses well to the crazy cardio! So I’m on my second week! I decided that I would substitute some of the workouts and the plan. Like Sunday I was suppose to do the Pure cardio instead I jogged for a little over 4 miles. And I also plan on skipping ahead to month 2 at the end of this week. I’ll be doing week 1 & 2 of month 1, Then week 1& 2 of month 2.
It’s been Forever..Update
Oh man it’s been so long!!! We’re back in Indy for the remainder of the summer so
So we are here in Tennessee and we have been here for almost 2 months. Everything is going really well. S.O’s office is picking up and doing really well. One of the girls in the office quit,
Speaking of mistakes
So an update of my goal keeping:
No candy - I ate some chocolate yesterday
Sleep b4 midnight- I went to bed a few mins after midnight
calorie count- I haven’t been counting
I accidentally ate some chocolate, (by accidentally I mean i totally was not thinking) I was so disappointed and I missed my before midnight bed time! I also haven’t been counting But you know what it was only the 3rd so I have plenty of time to keep practice appropriate goal keeping behavior :) anyway just an update I will be better!
So I’m disappointed:(
I’m trying to see the bright side (but to be honest) I’m pretty sad…. Next week will be 8weeks since the beginning of stage 2 in my weight loss ”journey” ….. So here is the update:
May 26, 2011: 125.4 pounds
32.5 body fat
33.5 inches around my belly
Bmi was 25.2- barely overweight!!!!
July 19, 2011: 113.8
28.7 body fat
30 inches around my belly
Bmi 23- high end of normal
I weigh 108.6
24.1 body fat
29.5 inches around my belly
My Bmi is 21.9…
I should be happy right??? But I know that I haven’t been working as hard as I did in stage 1! (Actually it’s not that I haven’t worked as hard… well that too but I think the main reason is I haven’t been so strict with diet!) My problem isn’t the amount of food that I’m eating because I’m sticking to around 1200 calories but it’s the quality of the food!….. I lost 6.8 pound in 8 weeks that is pretty good and an accomplishment! (but I wish the scale would stop fluctuating) So why am I not happy??? well my measurements haven’t changed much and I don’t feel every different then I did in July! Actually I think I was more confident in July then I am now!!! This is a long round and I’m not giving up! I’ve given up Soda and Now it’s time for me to (eat in) cook for myself… That way I have complete control! (like I did in stage 1) No slacking I Will
